Since 1984, Don has published 455 newsletters and 14 books, his latest being Aging Beyond Belief: 69 Tips For REAL Wellness.
REAL wellness is a lifestyle/mindset based on reason, exuberance and liberty - for enhanced quality of life.
Don is a mellow, sensitive, kind, compassionate fellow, but he loves to stir up excitement. He demonstrates the relevance of a life-enhancing mindset to three topics everyone cares about but most hesitate to address in polite society, namely, politics, sex and religion.

Don's Three Innovative Concepts
- The icantdoit model - describes why so many do not and, without guidance and support, cannot adopt or sustain healthy lifestyles.
- DBRU equivalents - the ultimate nutrient needed abundantly - daily.
- REAL wellness - quality of life as the true measure of well-being and success - the foundations being reason, exuberance and liberty.
Don is entertaining, groundbreaking, outrageous and delightful. His lectures inform, motivate, entertain and change lifestyles! His varied opening act costumes range from an anatomically correct bodysuit to a Professor Wellness outfit to a burka! Really. The latter comes off after Don reaches the podium, whereupon he urges everyone to cast off burkas-or anything else that might be inhibiting you from evolving into the wellest, most effective and fulfilled person you can become. It's a great show - and no one knows more about the wellness concept.
