must have completed the independent educational activity available at
Understanding Bladder Disorders.
Upon confirmation of payment, participants will be transferred to the post-test. Please complete both the post-test and evaluation, using the easy web-based form. Both the post-test and the evaluation must be completed to receive a certificate. If you attain a passing score of 26 correct answers and complete the evaluation form you will receive a certificate stating the contact hours earned. If you don't score at least 26 correct answers, please review the program, available at Understanding Bladder Disorders and take the post-test again. You will be charged an additional $25.00 for each post-test you complete.
