Kegel exercises are conscious contractions of the pelvic muscles to strengthen them after childbirth, aging, or surgery has stretched and weakened them. Also known as pelvic muscle exercise or rehabilitation, Kegels can significantly improve various types of urinary incontinence in men and women. |
