nutrition resources

Nutrition information changes all the time and it's difficult for consumers to know which news report to believe or which diet guru to follow. The best advice we can give anyone is to do a lot of research before you make any decisions about dieting or changing the foods that you and your family eat.

The following list includes resources that have been brought to our attention but we do not feel comfortable endorsing any of them. They change rapidly too and a website that had current information last year may not be up to date now. Use them all with care and do your homework.
