Haystacks: A High Fiber Treat
Put a cup of chocolate chips (or any flavor chips) into a large bowl.
Melt in microwave 1-2 minutes. Stir in a sleeve of Fiber One cereal, stir
to coat.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet until you have sixteen cookies. Refrigerate
for one hour or so, then put into ziplock bag. Store in refrigerator.
Note: These are so good and only half bad since they have all that fiber.
You can also melt 4 Hershey bars instead of the chips, (still only 1 point
on weight watchers.) I used butterscotch chips in one batch and they were
almost as good as the chocolate. I want to try white chocolate chips next.
I hope you enjoy this recipe.
