FemTone™ Vaginal Weights (sometimes called vaginal cones) are an easy-to-use training aid specifically developed to assist women to identify and exercise the appropriate muscle groups used during Kegel exercises. They are boxed as a set of five reusable, tampon-like, sterile cones of identical size and shape, but of increasing weight.

When used during Kegel exercises (contracting the pelvic floor muscles), FemTone™ Vaginal Weights have been found to enhance the strengthening of pelvic floor muscles.
