Phhelp is on a distinguished road
How have you relieved your vulvodynia?
I am interested in hearing about how others have helped heal themselves from vulvodynia irritation. When I was suffering I did some of the following (other than change my diet)....

1. I practiced yoga to reduce stress

2. I would not eat at least 2 hours prior to sex. I would only drink my Evian water or another balanced water.

3. I "took a moment" before eating my meals. I would silently say to myself that the food I was about to digest was healing and I would not hurt after I ate it. This worked for me.

Of course, for me it was about building up my mineral reserves by eating healthy veggies but these were some other things I feel really helped me. I hope these tips can help some other women who are in pain. Thanks Laura
