My 4 year goes to the restroom alot during the day and he sl

My 4 year goes to the restroom alot during the day and he slso wets the bed. My concern is the fact that he goes all day. I've took him to the doctor and she says he dosen't have a bladder infection or an uti. What else will cause a child to use the restroom all day? Could their be something wrong with my son medically?
