I am a 29 year-old woman who had a bladder prolapse following the natural birth of my (9lb 1oz) daughter five months ago. Physiotherapy only offers a temporary solution, and I have protusion from the vagina after walking, exercise, or even just sneezing. Can a product like Myself be used even when a prolapse has already happened? If not, is there an alternative to surgery? I'm still breastfeeding, and becoming increasingly unhappy about this condition. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Answer
Yes, a product such as Myself would help give you feedback about strengthening your pelvic muscles which would be a healthy thing for you to do. As you are breastfeeding - your hormones may be low causing further relaxation of your pelvic muscles. Start a very aggressive pelvic muscle exercise program using the Myself home trainer.
