MY 11 YEAR OLD STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WHEN NEEDING TO GO POTTY ... AT FIRST HE WOULD GO POTTY AFTER EATING BUT LATELY HE DOESNT GO TILL LIKE 3 DAYS AND WHEN HE DOES ITS HARD FOR IT TO COME OUT ....WHAT CAN I FEED HIM SO HE CAN BETTER DIGEST

You need to put your child on a bowel regimen that includes high fiber. It is not good to go 3 days without a bowel movement and when moving your bowels, stool should be soft. This URL may be helpful: http://www.seekwellness.com/incontinence/bowel.htm
