I am only 28 years old and have had some problems with frequency during the day, usually after a few beers or something and is not usually bad at work, but it's most afflicting at night (and oddly enough I have no problems when I'm in a car or on the train for long periods - could this be psychological?). I have to eliminate my fluid intake a few hours before bed or I'll be up every two hours - this may mean I'm only up 1x or 2x a night. If I wake up at all during the night, I have to go, and sometimes, I wet the bed in my sleep without realizing it if I have too many fluids (soup as a late dinner could even be enough to cause this even). I feel like I never really get a good nights sleep due to this. What exercises can I do that might help?
