I have been taking ditropan for upper motor neurogenic bladd
I have been taking ditropan for upper motor neurogenic bladder caused by complete spinal cord injury for 20 years. Recent studies indicate it may cause memory loss. How well documented is this, and how dangerous? I am considering switching to enablex. Are they equally effective?

Answer
Both of these drugs are equally effective. There is some data that Enablex does not cause memory changes.
