Leakage occurs without sensation of full bladder. I am able to stop leakage after void has started.

Answer
Unsure why you have urinary leakage without sensation. You may have a some problem with the nerves to your bladder or you may not be emptying your bladder completely. I suggest you see your doctor and possible a urologist.
