I had a neprectomy in Oct. and suffer from Osteoarthritis in my knee is there any over the counter medicine I can take to help relieve the pain in my knee?

I do not think that the nephrectomy relates to the osteoarthritis in your knee. I suggest you speak with your doctor. Over the counter medications such as Advil and Motrin can help the swelling in the joints and bones that happens with arthritis but I do not know your medical health so I suggest you see your doctor.
