Well - this is a long answer and it is really not one I want to give over the Internet. If you have a catheter you must have a urologist or gynecologist who is your doctor. Ask them about how to irrigate the catheter. However, irrigation is not recommended unless it is done to get rid of blood clots in the bladder or catheter.
