For the past 3 weeks, i have been finding strange things in my stool, Almost allways blood, somtimes more then others, and occationally a thick creamy like substance in my stool (Looks like Mayonaise)

You need to go see your doctor. He may want to do a stool culture or send you to a gastroenterologist.
