my 6 year old is wetting himself during the day, he says he

Your son at 6 is young to be 100% toilet trained. If he is having a difficult time 'holding his urine' then I suggest you have him urinate on a schedule, say every 2 hours. This way he will keep his bladder empty. Also his diet may be causing his inability to hold his urine. I would eliminate beverages or foods with caffeine.
