I am 4 weeks post surgery and 2and 1/2 weeks post removal of the catheter. I feel like I've made no progress at all in the area of controlling my incontinence. When I sit or when I lay down I have no problems. Also when I get up I can make it to the bathroom with virtually no leakage, HOWEVER... when I'm standing or walking (no heavy exertion) I feel as if I have no control, it's steady leakage. I am doing my Kegel exercises faithfully. Should I be doing something else or am I just impatient ?
