I have had a hystorectomy 6 years ago, and ever since I have had trouble holding urine under stress, or if i had to wait to go. It is progressivly getting worse. Coughing sneezing even bending over is a problem. My doctor suggested surgery, but that is my last resort. Is there anything else I might try?

There is more information about performing these exercises on the website. Here are some URLs that may be helpful.
