I am wondering what these syptoms could be, last mentral cyc

I am wondering what these syptoms could be, last mentral cycle july 14, took pregnancy test 2 wks ago, negative, for the past 2 weeks i have had upset stomach sore body, nausea, this week up and as of today the pain in my lower pelvic area has gotten worse. It feels like cramps but it come and goes ever 10-15 min only on the right side and its being goin on for a week. What could this be?
