I have been having bladder leakage since an accident in 1993

I have been having bladder leakage since an accident in 1993 due to a herniated disc at L-4/L-5. Lately, I have been waking up with holes in my underwear and I assume its from the urine. Is there something wrong with me that would cause me to make holes in my underwear? Or is it something else? The holes are like they have been eaten away with acid. Disintegrated. Is there medicine to help with that or is it a certain condition? What's it called? And who do I seek help from? This is not a prank email.

I have never heard of urine causing 'holes in underwear.' I suggest you see a urologist as you may have a urinary tract infection or some other condition.
