I have 3 1/2 year old daughter who we thought was potty trai

I have 3 1/2 year old daughter who we thought was potty trained. As I think back, she rarely makes it to the potty dry. We counted of as being lazy but it keeps happening. We're changing her panties after each release. Strangely, she still goes when she reaches the potty. I'm concerned, should I be? Is there a way I can check for a urinary tract infection? Or should I take her to her pediatrician?

At 3 1/2 your daughter is too young to be 100% potty trained. It may take her to the age of 5 before she is to the point that she will be totally continent.
