I had arthroscopic surgery 4 days ago. For 3 nightsin a row Iwet myselfin the early morning and then wake up. Can it be due to side-effects from the anaesthesia. I do take an anti-hypertensive and struggle with leaking when coughing,laughing, etc

If you did not have this problem before the surery it may be related. It should go away. However, it could be a urinary tract infection so I would go see your doctor and tell him of your problems.
