Dear Madam, I have a problem with my Penis area, the skin over the penis seems to have shrinked over the tip of my penis, whenever I have erection I'm not able to pull skin right till the end as it use to happen previously. It seems to be over streched if I do so. Pls I need help. I wen through all the database but the medical terminology is quite tough for me. Your answer would really help this poor child. Thanx waiting for answer.

If you are uncircumsized, the foreskin can close over the tip of your penis. If this is the case I suggest you see a urologist.
