I go through intermitent stages of incontinence. I can be fine for months then suddenly start going to toilet more often then it gets to stage where i get sudden urge to go to toilet but as soon as i make moves to get to loo i wet myself. Also start wetting the bed at night during these times. What could be the cause of this

You are young to have incontinence unless you have a medical condition that affects the blader. I suggest you see your doctor if this persists.
