Hello lately i have noticed that i need to use the bathroom a lot more than usual and when i do there is a slight pain when i finish and a good amount of urine leaks out after i am done, i have also noticed that my semen is like rubber cement and very painful when exiting this has been going on for a month or so i just had my yearly physical a few weeks before i noticed all this and my blood work and urine all came back 100% ok. is this a bad thing or could it be normal?

Your semen should not be painful and you should not have pain when you urinate. When you say you are going to the bathroom 'a lot' how often is 'a lot.' You should urinate every 4 to 5 hours. I suggest you see your doctor if your problems continue.
