Several years ago I had surgery, I also had a cathader, the nurse had not checked it and it was shut off. I was wakened by severe pain to urinate. She emptied 2 full bags immediately from me. Since then, my belly sticks out and when I need to urinate it seems like 2 to 3 cups, alot. Can I shrink my bladder back some how with out surgery?

Answer
Yes, you can get your bladder in shape by practicing bladder retraining and pelvic floor muscle exercises. I discuss this on the website and herre are a couple URLs that may be helpful: Pelvic floor muscle exercises: http://www.seekwellness.com/incontinence/pelvic_floor_ muscle_rehab.htm Femtone Vaginal Weights Info and order: http://www.seekwellness.com/commerce/order_femtone.htm Femtone Frequently Asked Questions: http://www.seekwellness.com/incontinence/qa_vaginal_we ights.htm
