I am having increased pelvic and now lower back pain. I was diagnosed with a 4.5cm solid pelvic mass and had an MRI on the 4th to determine the nature. My question is should I be worried about ovarian cancer and how soon should I expect to have surgery.

I do not know if you have an increased risk of ovarian cancer as it is difficult fo rme to diagnose your conditions without reviewing your records. Please speak with your doctor.
