For just over a week I have noticed that I need to go to the toilet and feel that i need to go to the toilet a lot more than i have done in the past. I was afraid that I was incontinent as it felt that I was leaking but when I checked I had not. I saw the dr and she did urine test that came back clear. I have a history of anxiety probs and I have currently started having panic attacks again. She feels that these are related and I know that frequently using the toilet is a symptom. I am becoming more and more anxious which in turn is making me need the toilet more and more. Can UI occur overnight?

UI does not occur overnight but anxiety can worsen bladder symptoms, particularly overactive bladder symptoms.
