I just read an article on Cosmo's website stating that it is true - Doing kegels regularly does tighten those muscles & is said to make sex more pleasurable for both you and your partner.
I guess that's just another reason to do them more often.
I tried doing kegels w/the weights, and it really works - it has tightened everything down there. I used them for 2 months. My husband & I have been reaping the benefits of it ever since! I'm gonna use them to tone-up every once in a while so I don't lose the muscle.
