Does anyone know a weight loss strategy???
Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!

Ideas for losing weight
Losing weight is not easy for anyone and gets harder as you get older. I know that won't make you feel better but here are some things to try.

1. Make an appointment with your doctor to see if there is some hidden reason you are gaining weight.

2. Buy a calorie counter book and a diary. Record daily what you eat and how many calories you consume per day. This is only for your own eyes so be brutally honest. You should weigh your portions and calculate calories based on units. Your daily calorie intake should be somewhere below 2000.

3. Use an exercise calculator to learn how many calories you burn per period of exercise. For example, if you walk for 30 minutes daily, you can calculate the number of calories this activity burns per day.

4. Once you have all of this information, you should be able to come up with a number of calories to eliminate per day based on the number of calories you burn each day. If you can cut your intake by this amount, you should lose weight.

5. You might want to join a group like weight watchers -- the support would help you feel better right away.

run loss weight
ok something that you can do to help your self loose weight is get up well when ever you get up eat some fresh fruit and go for a 10min jog.

once u get into shape where u feel u can run longer then add 10min to your normal time, then after every jog u go for eat a nice healthy salid.

and do thing mabe 4-5 times a week because running so much can really damange your nees.

some other things i do is mabe lift some weights will your not running or curl-ups you whatever to keep your body moveing then it normaly does and soon enoph you'll start to loose weight.

ps. never eat junky food.

Greetings of the day. I have a nice strategy for loosing weight naturally. Let me remember you onething that " If you recognize and fulfill the needs of your body, it will fulfill your needs". Let me explain.. please check :
1. Are you having balanced diet ?
2. Do you take atleast 5 litres of water a day?
3. Are you interested in unprocessed foods?
4. How about physical exercise?
5. Do you leave your stomach empty atleast once in a week?

Here is some info. about the above 5 questions.... These are very economical...
1. A so called balanced diet should serve all the requirements of human body such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, essential fatty acids, fiber etc. SPROUTS can serve you all these. Vegetables and fruits won't hurt your digestive system.

2. A human body requires atleast 5 litres of water a day. It helps in burning fat. Also increases efficiency of digestion.

3. Nature really meant for serving mankind. It delivers all that what we want. Forget about processed foods and animal stuff. You can go for Salads, fruits and vegetables, honey, cashew nuts..

4. Yoga is the best physical exercise. Its all about leading life in a natuaral way.

5. Fasting is the best medicine. But remember to take honey and lime juice(2 tsps) mixed in water once for every 60 minutes. It prevents you from falling sick. Practice it once in a week.

As it seems soon I might lose count on the places where I have encountered people asking for ways to get rid of their excess body weights. We do get to see so many good suggestions but the overweight problem hardly seem to receding in occurring. People are themselves to be blamed for this, no sooner they see some positive effects they forget all about their routine and introduce indiscipline in their lifestyle again. I do try to maintain myself as much as possible but my husband complains of tasteless foods when I serve him low calorie foods. Now who has the energy to make separate dishes everyday! Maybe I would also be vulnerable to the problem some time. Can the online exercise for busy Moms help me in any ways?
