Recipe/Yummy Granola
This recipe is delicious and full of fiber:
Yummy Granola
4 c. rolled old fashioned oats, 1 c. sliced almonds, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1/2 c. canola oil, 1/2 c. honey, 1 c desired dry fruit (cranberries and raisins are good).
In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, coconut, oil and honey well. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until oats begin to change color (golden). Take out of the oven and mix in dried fruit. When cool, store in a airtight container.
