So I was prescribed Testim ...
Hi everyone .. I am a 34 year old male and was told that my T levels were low. Around 250 ...

The dr immediately told me to take testim.

I took it yesterday for the fist time and felt like it was just not for me.
From my understanding my body will stop to produce its own testosterone. The fact is that that fact scares the hell out of me. I am not convinced that Testim is the fix.

On top of that I put it on yesterday and I was scared to touch my wife. And them my puppy (girl) licked my shoulder.

I guess for me it comes down to the fact that if I do have an issue with my T levels. I want to try to find out if this could be a symptom to another issue. With that said I am going to find a specialist and work on myself.

I am about 30lbs over weight .. my first thought is to hit the gym loose the weight, stay away from red meats and beer and retest after a couple of months.

Has anyone had any success reversing T levels naturally?
