Serum concentrations in 24 hrs

I was reading the prescrining info on Androgel and Testim on the web. It says peal serum concentrations are acheived within 24 hours. <br> <br> Why is that it can take 30 days to feel a difference?<br> <br> Does anyone every feel a difference sooner?<br> <br>

Serum concentration of absorbed testosterone may peak after 24 hours but that says nothing about how much testosterone remains in the body after the peak. Each time you apply gel, there is a cumulative effect on the testosterone level so it will gradually rise over time. The longer you use the gel, the higher the level gets up to a point when it levels off more or less. In some men, this takes 90 days so you have to be patient about measuring the changes that may result from testosterone supplementation.
