TST after Prostate Surgery

Hi,
I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer this year (PSA 6 and trending up; Gleeson 3+3) and based on my young age (52) plan to have the prostate removed in the next little while.

Coincidentally (maybe not coincidentally?) I have had a gradual onset of ED for the last 6 months. My libido has trended down over the last few years.

I would value your comments and any references on two questions:
1. Does anyone have experience of TST for ED AFTER the prostate is removed? Does it work?

2. Cancer with TST discussions are easy to find (and conflicting) and focus on risk of causing prostate cancer. Does anyone have any experience or references on the risks of cancer from TST for ED after the prostate has been removed?
