Increased Sexual Performance
I apologize if this asks questions that have already been answered. I am a 46 year male with erection problems, I am sad and moody more than normal. In reading some of the comments here, it would appear that I am a candidate for testosterone therapy. I am 6'1" around 220 pounds. Will this therapy help me with my erections and sex drive as well as help me to be better fit?<br> Thanks in advance, Michael

Increased Sexual Performance
Hi Michael and welcome to the forum!<br> <br> I can't tell you whether your symptoms would be helped by testosterone but I do have a couple of suggestions. Take a moment to fill out our two online self-quizzes -- they can help you decide whether you should visit your doctor for some tests. They are easy to use tools and the results of both can be printed out and taken with you to your doctor appointment. These results may make it easier to open the topic of testosterone therapy with your doctor. Here's where you can find them:<br> <br> <a href="http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/adam_quiz.htm" target="_blank">http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/adam_quiz.htm</a><br> <br> <a href="http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/ams_quiz.htm" target="_blank">http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/ams_quiz.htm</a><br> <br> If you and your doctor decide to have your testosterone level tested and it turns out to be low, you may experience improvements in your mood, an increase in sexual desire and improved sexual performance. Here's where you can find information about what other men have experienced as a result of testosterone treatment:<br> <br> <a href="http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/testosterone.htm#feelingbetter" target="_blank">http://www.seekwellness.com/andropause/testosterone.htm#feelingbetter</a><br> <br> In any case, good luck and keep us posted!<br> <br>

Increased sex drive
I am a 30 year old male with a question about my sex drive. It seems that, as I get older, my sex drive is increasing, and that isn't the only thing. I still get spontaneous erections all the time, usually at the most inopportune times. I thought that, as a guy entered his thirties, these spontaneous erections were supposed to diminish, and yet, I still feel like I am going through adolescence. My voice even cracks like a teenager's. Is this normal for a 30 year old guy to still have these adolescent "problems?"

Increased Sex Drive
Your symptoms do seem a little "over the top" for your age. If your symptoms are bothering you, you may want to make an appointment with your doctor and ask to have your testosterone levels checked.

Beer affecting Low Testostoro
Just been diagnosed with low T. at my medical. I am 63 yrs old but being happily married to a beautiful wife, intercourse has decreased to about once a week, which is fine. I'm physically fit; my mood is also good but I do have trouble sleeping more than 4 hrs a night and often have night sweats. I have been drinking 2 - 3 bottles of beer daily before dinner, then nothing after. Once in a while I will drink a 6 pack in a couple of hours while writing on the computer. Strange as it seems, I am stimulated and work extremely well when drinking nice cold beer, especially in the hot weather we have been having. But my question" has anyone else found giving up beer improved their sleep and night sweats?
