I hate to be a killjoy but you all need to be aware that just because a supplement label says it contains a specific ingredient in a specified amount, there's no guarantee that this information is true. Even foods are better regulated than supplements. If you are buying supplements, purchase only well-known brands and it's best if you buy them from a local source like a health food store. Your chances of actually getting what you pay for are higher locally than if you purchase over the Internet.
