I’ve watched someone very close to me have to deal with prostate cancer. Treatment is a long and difficult struggle that I don’t want to have to go through myself. I’ve been finding a bunch of information online that suggests certain supplements or foods that can help prevent prostate problems, but things can be so contradictory. Who knows the truth? What is good for me and what is not? I’m not sure who to trust.
