hello all,
I know of a very low fat veggie pate for you---

Cook some lentils with carrot or two, grated for flavor. Then grind or puree in a food processor, add some salad dressing until easy to spread. I like to add some sesame tahini for protein, then season to taste.

It is very inexpensive and simple to do.
