My name is Brandy, and I am 31. On April 19, 2007, I had a hysterectomy, my bladder tacked, a periplasti, and all of my vaginal muscles suspended by a urogynecologist (everything was falling out) . I had chronic pain with this issue for almost a year. I felt this pain in my booty on the left side. The doctor determined it was a muscle spasms in my vaginal muscles. I went through trigger shots, which made the pain worse, and this was after months of telling me it hadn't been enough time to heal. On Jan 3, 2008, I had another surgery to release the suspension, and to no avail, the pain is still there. I am currently doing physical therapy, but that only gives very temporary relief. I am at my wits end trying to figure out if there is anybody out there that has similar symptoms, and what, if anything, they are doing about it. Any comments would be grateful.
