I have just been told by my doctor that i have to start expressing my bladder, i asked him how to do that and how long he said as long as it takes. I was wondering if you could explain the best way to press on my bladder and roughly how long it should take, when i was younger i had to be expressed by my parents but i want to do it myself as i am older now.
