Have you tried increasing the number of times you perform self-cath so you will not have incontinence? I will have patients perform self-cath 4 to 6 times a day. You should measure both your voided and catheterized volumes so you know how much you are retaining. If you keep your bladder empty you should not have problems with incontinence
