I had a bladder dynamic study done.I have severe bladder spasms and hardly no bladder muscle function.I self cath 3 times a day.In between I can't hold my urine at all.They said this is overflow incontinence.I use protective underwear but it never seems to be enough.My doctors are at a lost because theres nothing more they can do.What should I do? Do I need to go to a brief?
