I am confused about the figures quoted for measurement of testosterone in blood. I have for 8 years suffered just about every symptom associated with low testosterone. My specialist said that after 3 tests, my testosterone levels were 7.3, 10.3 and 8.5, all taken at 0830hrs. He says they are low and low normal, but is not concerned as testosterone fluctuates. He is an Endocrinologist. Are these figures low, and would I benefit from a trial of testosterone. I am concerned about the Prostrate cancer link. All other extensive tests including CAT scan were normal.
